It’s papabear’s 64th birthday today.
I picked up some tofu pad thai lunch for him and me and saved half of mine for mamabear.

He’s down to 264 from 285/290ish.

I still can’t believe how much he’s lost and how amazing he looks.

He can walk with no problems now and can move his feet and toes.
